Q: What type of security is built into the Go2Group Mashup?
A: The Go2Group Mashup utilizes security and permissioning that is built into Serena and your change management system.

Q: Can you provide a real-world example of how the Go2Group Mashup works?
A: Sure! Generally, the Go2Group Mashup sits between the two systems (Serena Business Mashup and your change management system), providing collaboration between the two systems. Here is an example of how users benefit from the Go2Group Mashup:

  • Issue logged in Serena
  • Developer is assigned the issue by creating a UCM activity
  • Developer modifies files and checks them in to ClearCase
  • Developer marks the issue as 'resolved' and transitions the issue to "Peer Review"
  • The issue now displays the change history of files changed

Q: How much does the Go2Group Mashup cost?
A: Since the Go2Group Mashup is an integrated tool, the cost varies dependent on the needed installation and configuration services. Please contact Go2Group for pricing.

Q: Is there an End User License I need to agree to before using the Go2Group CRM Plugin?
A: Yes. Please review and agree to the [End User License Agreement] (EULA) before using Go2Group products.

Q: Is the EULA based per user?
A: We structured the EULA to be as simple as possible for our customers. The license allows our customers to install and use the Go2Group Mashup between one (1) instance of Serena Business Mashup and one (1) instance of your change management system, irrespective of the number of users.

Q: Can I renew my support agreement after the initial 12-month period concludes?
A: Yes, you can renew your support agreement for an additional 12-months. The renewed support agreement will give you access to upgrades and updates, and Go2Group support is provided through email, our customer-focused JIRA instance, and by telephone where needed.

Q: How can I purchase the Go2Group Mashup?
A: All Go2Group products can be purchased online through the Go2Group Store. All transactions are processed using PayPal's secure site. Go2Group accepts PayPal and all major credit cards.

Q: If for some reason I am not satisfied with a Go2Group product, can I apply for a refund?
A: Go2Group does not offer refunds. Go2Group allows its customers to evaluate its products for a period of 30-days (and beyond where necessary), which allows our customers to determine whether the CRM Plugin will work within their environment.
